What is the transfer process?
The process is very simple:
• Contact us through our website with your requirments. Let us know if their is anything you would like specifically included or excluded and any other requirements.
• Send your video to AC Design. We would advise you send your tape/tapes through Royal Mail recorded delivery servicee as we cannot accept responsibilty for loss or damage during delivery.
• We will convert your video to DVD and any other copies you need.
• Once the transfers has been completed, we will contact you through your contact details which we will have for you. You can then pay us via cheque or via the payment pages of our website.
• When your payment has been recieved we will send your copied DVDs to you by Royal Mail Recorded Service. For additional security we send the DVD to you first and once we receive confirmation that the DVD has arrived safely we will send back your original tape and any extra DVDs ordered again by royal Mail Recorded service.
